The atmosphere is super warm, the Jiangxi stir-fry tastes super good, those who like spicy food can go
We arrived at Guanxiwei at 11 a.m. It was so hot and sunny, so two hours was more than enough. We spent the afternoon swimming at the hotel to escape the heat. In the evening, we went to "Chef Niang" for a meal. It was delicious. The Amuyuan we had for lunch was just average. "Chef Niang" has air conditioning, but it's not very effective. Last night, I didn't get sweltering in the upper middle section, but today, the lower section was quite cool. After lunch, we went to Huang Daosheng's arcade and the adjacent city wall, just for a stroll to digest the food. On the way back to the hotel, we stopped by a dessert shop called "Happy in the Sugar." We ordered the Baixue black glutinous rice, the shaved ice was delicious, and the peach gum, white fungus, and red date soup. All were pretty good. It helped soothe the dryness in our stomach from the spicy food we ate that night. Photos 1, 2, and 3 are Guanxiwei. Photos 45 are "Chef Niang," photos 678 are Huang Daosheng and the city wall, and photos 9-10 are the sugar soup.
