Songyanhua Restaurant

First meal in Panzhihua. This restaurant is probably one of the better ones in terms of decoration and environment. Tuotuo chicken head is made with chili and chili powder. It is a cold dish. The chicken is OK, but not amazing. The fried meat with oil bottom is a specialty of Panzhihua. The tilapia and the pancake are not good. One did not suppress the fishy smell, and the other was a bit hard. The steamed buns were not good either. The pickled cabbage and egg fried rice was good. The salted beef tasted salty, and it was average overall.

I went to Panzhihua for a trip and read the reviews and went to this restaurant. It didn't disappoint. The dining environment and atmosphere are good and the service is attentive. Knowing that we don't eat spicy food, they recommended some non-spicy dishes and local specialties. The two of us chose 3 dishes and wanted to order more. The waiter reminded us that the dishes we ordered were enough for two people and did not recommend ordering more. As expected, we didn't finish it. The thin oil base of the dish was a bit greasy, but the crucian carp and zheergen soup was delicious and tender.

#Song Yanhua Restaurant in Panzhihua has never let me down. Come, let's eat a sandworm with many fluffy legs, so fragrant and crispy. The oil-bottomed meat is all homemade, and the bean curd and Tuotuo chicken have both the flavor of Sichuan pepper and spicy. The kimchi for kimchi fish must be homemade old kimchi, and chicken blood can also be kimchi-cooked with a faint mint flavor. The green pepper porcini and fennel fried beef are all very delicious.

Day 1: Explore the city's culture, visit museums and see the sunset at Donghua Mountain, and enjoy the night view of Bingcaogang Bridge. Day 2: Experience ethnic culture and canyon scenery, visit Yishala Ancient Village and the Jinsha River viewing platform, then return to the city for the night market. Day 3: Relax at Hongge Hot Springs, enjoy copper hot pot for lunch, and in the afternoon, depending on your return time, choose to visit Ertan Forest Park or return directly.
