M48***39I stumbled upon Madr99 on the first floor over the weekend, and it turned out to be the highlight of my entire trip! Every dish I tried was a delightful surprise! The must-try butter chicken, cooked in a tandoori oven by an Indian chef, was incredibly tender and juicy. The curry sauce, infused with cashew puree and light cream, was silky smooth and rich. The Australian Wagyu beef open sandwich was another highlight, with its thin, crispy crust and generous portion of Wagyu beef. The grilled red prawns were sweet and bouncy – every bite was a perfect fusion of ingredients and creative cooking. The waitress, Lena, was warm and professional, proactively suggesting hidden culinary tips and promptly refilling water and changing plates without disturbing my meal. As a restaurant within a hotel, it offered exceptional value, making it perfect for hotel guests or local friends gathering. I've already recommended this hidden gem to my colleagues, and I'll definitely be back next time I'm in Ningbo to discover even more creative and delicious dishes!

As expected of a representative of Ningbo cuisine, each dish was beautifully presented like a work of art, and delicious as well. The "Three Stinky Pasta" was particularly creative. The service at the hotel was exceptional; Benjamin's attentive service made me feel right at home. As I was leaving, he even came over to thoughtfully ask if I needed a parking voucher.
The restaurant is located in the lobby of the Pan Pacific Hotel, with a dedicated dining area. The dining environment is spacious and comfortable, and the service is friendly and welcoming. The Butter Chicken is a specialty of the Indian chef; the curry is very fragrant, and it tastes great dipped in two different types of naan bread. The Australian Wagyu Beef Open-faced Sandwich is essentially a thin-crust pizza; the beef is of good quality and cooked to perfection. The Crispy Seafood Balls with Fermented Rice Wine Sauce were ordered because of their appearance, and surprisingly, they tasted quite good as well. The seafood was fresh and springy, with a crispy and delicious outer shell. Indian-inspired dish: Butter chicken with freshly baked Indian naan bread + strawberry guava sparkling water – a truly perfect combination! This dish is also a signature recommendation. The chicken curry sauce is tender and smooth, and when dipped in the thin, crispy naan bread, it's not spicy but incredibly flavorful, instantly soothing your palate. A sip of the cool sparkling water completes the experience, bringing a sense of calm and coolness to the hot autumn days of early October. The restaurant shares a lobby with the hotel, and the service is quite good. The sofas and chairs are clean and comfortable, making it a great place for an afternoon nap. Waitress Danna was also very attentive, patiently explaining the dishes. The overall atmosphere of the restaurant is very pleasant and welcoming.
The new dishes are all delicious! The food is very photogenic, the environment is beautiful and easy to find, and the service from the waiter Benjamin is excellent!
Sisters! I've discovered a hidden gem of a fusion restaurant!! Every dish is so beautiful I almost don't want to eat it 🥢 The presentation is exquisite, like works of art, and the taste is absolutely amazing! 📍Address: Madr99 Fusion Restaurant, 1st Floor, Pan Pacific Hotel Lobby The must-try is definitely the grand finale, the tiramisu 🍰! The waiter pushes a cart and cuts it right before your eyes. Watching the cream layers slowly flow, then being sprinkled with snowflake-like chocolate powder ❄️, one spoonful and the coffee and liqueur aroma explodes on your tongue. The rich cream and moist cake dance together in your mouth. This flavor is so good I could spin around on the spot!! From appetizers to main courses, every dish is memorable. It's rare to find fusion cuisine prepared with such care.
