It's not as soft as the ones stewed at home, but a little crispy, so we ordered another serving of pork tripe. [Flaked Pork Slices] It actually has the taste and texture of fat beef, without any greasy pork, which is amazing! [Fish Cake] This is similar to the tempura I had in Japan. It's delicious. I can eat two servings!

The young man provided good service, but the corn was a bit old. He later changed it to another plate which was also a bit old. Finally, he said he would give us a free bowl of lo mein. Maybe he forgot about it. When we came back, everyone said they gave us gifts, but why didn’t we get any? Did we go to a fake Haidilao?

The nationally famous Haidilao has a taste similar to other hotpot restaurants across the country. It is definitely not one of those hotpot restaurants that taste good. The service is indeed okay, but it is not the kind of service that is very comfortable.

Anyway, we go there often, so the service attitude will be relatively better.
