As a snail noodle lover, how can I not come to this small shop? The original snail noodle without other side dishes has made me want it for a long time! The environment is relatively simple, but it has a more noodle-slurping atmosphere.

❤️Hello everyone! Lately, a lot of you have been asking me where to go for the holidays, so I absolutely have to include my Guilin-Nanning Special Forces travel guide! In two days, I'll take you on a fun and exciting journey through Nanning, with delicious food, fun, and no disappointments. Save it now! ✅This time, my itinerary is from Guilin to Nanning, August 11th and 12th. It's packed with activities, so without further ado, let's get straight to the point! ✅Day 1: Check out the romantic pier and eat until you're tired at the night market. ✅First Stop: Pavilion Pier ✅A must-visit for photography enthusiasts! Arrive around 5 PM for the stunning lighting, and every shot will be a masterpiece! I heard it's even more beautiful at night when it's lit up. You can also enjoy a boat ride and feel the breeze—it's so relaxing! There's also a variety of snacks by the pier, so you don't have to worry about going hungry. ✅Second Stop: Nongyuan Road Night Market and Torch Road ✅From Pavilion Pier, take a 10-minute ride on the Little Yellow Bike to Nongyuan Road Night Market! This area connects to Torch Road, and there's so much to eat here that it's almost dizzying! Although I didn't make the mistake of visiting a few, it's still worth it overall! ✅ Day 2: Learn about the museum and see the animals sleeping at the zoo ✅ First Stop: District Museum ✅ For moms with kids, I highly recommend this place! The air conditioning is superb, so it's both refreshing and educational! There's also an animation exhibition going on lately, so make sure to book in advance and arrive early to avoid crowds! ✅ Second Stop: Inner Street ✅ There are many Nanning landmarks here perfect for photo ops, especially the popular goldfish photo spot—a must-see! If you're not a fan of photos, skip this one. ✅ Third Stop: Nanning Zoo ✅ Honestly, I found the Nanning Zoo just average. It was crowded, and the gorilla wasn't at work the day I went! It was so hot, and the animals were all asleep and looked a bit listless. However, there's a forest puppet show here, so if you have kids, you should definitely check it out; the atmosphere is quite good! The zoo is truly enormous. After a long stroll through, we were both hot and exhausted. Finally, we decided to head back to the mall for some air conditioning and get ready to head to our next city! ✅ Food: A trip to Nanning wouldn't be complete without trying Laoyou Noodles! ✅ How could you visit Nanning without trying Laoyou Noodles? We tried Fuji Laoyou Noodles, which were so delicious we wanted them again the next day! You can also try Hechi Rice Noodles, Nanning's famous rice noodle capital! Also, Nanning's fruit and sweet soups are incredibly affordable, so you can indulge in some! ✅ Travel Tips: ✅ Accommodation: Try to choose accommodation near a subway station for convenient transportation! ✅ Transportation: You can take the subway or ride one of the shared bikes, making them very convenient for short trips. ✅ Time: Feel free to adjust your itinerary to suit your needs. I didn't go to Qingxiushan Park this time because it felt too large. I think the attractions listed above are enough for two days! That's all for my Nanning Special Forces trip! I hope this guide is helpful. Have a great trip! See you next time!

**Title: 2 Days, 1 Night to the China-Vietnam Border! Stay in a wooden cabin by the waterfall and drift to the border on a bamboo raft for 2,860 RMB per person. This is the wild way to experience Detian Waterfall** Think Detian Waterfall is just a "textbook attraction"? Wrong! This is a secret Southeast Asian wonderland hidden in southwest China. During the day, take a bamboo raft to the junction of three countries, and the mist will hit you like you've stepped into the Wizard of Oz. In the evening, drink rice wine and listen to folk songs by the Zhuang village fire pit. Late at night, look up and see the Milky Way cast across the valley... 2 days, 1 night, less than 3,000 RMB per person. I'll transform Detian into a "border adventure movie"! --- ### **Day 1: Enter a Wonderland | Detian Cross-Border Waterfall + Mingshi Countryside (Budget: ¥1980)** ✅ **Accommodation**: Shuolong Ancient Town, Hidden World Lantu Resort Cabin, ¥680/night (roaming waterfalls from the window, room with private hot spring bath) ✅ **Travel**: Fly from Nanning to Chongzuo Airport, ¥480 (or high-speed rail to Chongzuo South Station, then transfer to a bus, ¥90) Round-trip car rental to the scenic area, ¥300/day (driver and guide included, half the price of a taxi) ✅ **Entertainment**: - In the afternoon, head straight to the Detian Cross-Border Waterfall. Entrance fee: ¥80 + sightseeing bus: ¥30 + bamboo rafting: ¥350! 👉 The bamboo raft ride is a must! The boatman will stop at the China-Vietnam border and say, "Look, that's Vietnam across the way!" The water is so turbulent, and getting soaked in the spray is worth it! Climb the "High Waterfall Viewing Platform" and walk along the cliff path. Three tiers of waterfalls cascade down from the mountaintop, leaving your feet numb with shock. - In the evening, go cycling to Mingshi Countryside. Rent an electric bike for ¥50 and traverse rice fields, small bridges, and karst peaks, feeling like stepping into an ink painting. ✅ **Food**: - Lunch at "Shuolong Street Old Restaurant" with spring water-boiled fish and banana leaf-roasted pork belly for ¥45. - Overnight at a B&B, including a Zhuang long table feast: five-color glutinous rice, stir-fried beef with sour bamboo shoots, and homemade glutinous rice wine for ¥98 per person. > It was heartbreaking to discover that such a pristine and breathtaking place exists in China, yet it's overlooked by 99% of people. --- ### **Day 2: Border Adventure | Heishui River and Guichun Boundary River Light Hike (Budget: ¥880)** ✅ **Return Arrangements**: - Morning exploration of the Heishui River (free of charge) Along the banks, emerald green waters and ancient banyan trees evoke the locals' nickname, "The Holy Land of Lung Cleansing." - Sign up for the [Guichun Boundary River Light Hike] for ¥168/person (2 hours). Traverse rainforest trails, step on stone piers to cross a tributary, and occasionally encounter Vietnamese border residents herding cattle across the river. - Witness the seven-tiered cascades at [Shatun Waterfalls], where the sun creates a rainbow across the banks. ✅ **Eat**: - At noon, enjoy a bowl of braised pork and Laoyou noodles at the time-honored "Fen Zhi Du" in Daxin County (¥12). - Buy "Sugar Palm Noodles" from a roadside stall for a refreshing cooldown, paired with sour plum soup (¥8). ✅ **Shop**: - Stock up on Vietnamese specialty goods: cashews ¥15/jin, coffee grounds ¥30/can, and handmade rattan baskets as souvenirs. - Check in at the Friendship Pass on the way back and take a photo at "China's First Border Crossing in Southern Xinjiang." --- 💰 **Total Cost**: Transportation ¥570 + Accommodation ¥680 + Food ¥213 + Ticket Experience ¥588 = **¥2851/person** 👉 Just under ¥3000! You can also add a "nighttime bonfire party" or a hydrangea pendant as a souvenir! ⚠️ **Blogger-Tested Tips**: ❌ Don't buy "Vietnamese perfume" at the entrance to the scenic area! 90% of them are fake. ✅ Be sure to grab a front-row seat on the bamboo raft! Getting wet is the real deal. ✅ Wear non-slip shoes! The plank road is constantly damp, and a fall could land you in the hospital. ✅ Best Season: April to October, during the flood season, when the waterfalls are at their most powerful; go one hour after a rain for a high chance of a rainbow! Are you looking to take your loved one on a border romance, or shoot a hardcore adventure film with your buddies? Tell me in the comments section, and I’ll release a “3-Day Tour Guide to Detian + Tongling Grand Canyon” next time!
