I also met the chef who was touring Taiwan. Chef Liang had just returned from Beijing and was a famous chef in the province, Hong Kong and Macau. He also came out to introduce the special signature dish, the seasonal fresh lotus seed stewed lily soup. I loved it. It was a pity that I didn’t take a photo after drinking it.

After an early National Day holiday, our first stop was the Shangri-La Hotel in Nanning. I was blown away by the food! Hahahaha, Guangxi is truly a great place for delicious food. Chef Kevin knew we were from out of town and recommended a few really nice dishes to us. Thank you so much!
The overall environment is truly wonderful, overlooking Nanning's most beautiful nightscape. A huge thank you to Chef Kevin for his exceptional enthusiasm in introducing us to delicious dishes. The food was incredibly appetizing, but the portions were small, leaning towards the delicate side. The dishes were fresh, flavorful, cooked to perfection, and served quickly.
I've been working in Nanning for a few years, and when a friend was visiting on business, I wanted to take him out for some good food. I looked it up and saw that the Shangri-La Hotel had a view from above, so I booked a table and it lived up to our expectations! The food was incredibly delicious, the environment was lovely, and the service was excellent. The most surprising thing was that Chef Huang, a post-90s chef, came out to introduce the dishes. Highly recommended!
The service is very good. The restaurant manager Chen is warm, attentive and professional. The waiter Xiao Lu is very considerate and warm. I have to give a thumbs up to this girl. From the moment I came in, I was attracted by the dining environment and atmosphere of Shangri-La Baiqing Pavilion Restaurant. It is very good. I will introduce it to my friends and partners. I must come again!
I arrived at the restaurant to check in for a sunset! Thanks to the handsome young chef Huang for the recommended menu! The dishes are as good as ever, with a beautiful appearance, aroma, and flavor. The taste is amazing and it makes you want to eat. The environment is beautiful, and the waitress is very nice and sweet! I really recommend it and have saved it. Highly recommended!!!
