After walking around the area, I was looking for a place to eat. I wanted to find a restaurant with good food environment and service. I called to make an appointment and the communication was very smooth. The restaurant helped me reserve a window seat, just in time for dinner to see the night view. The whole dining process was very pleasant. The employee Tina was kind and polite. She took the initiative to help with seating arrangements for children. The buffet ingredients were fresh and the taste was really beyond imagination. I was completely assured of eating. During the meal, Edwin came over to ask about the dining experience and if there was anything I needed to help with adding food. This fully reflects the meticulous care for guests of a five-star hotel. In short, I had a great time chatting and eating with family and friends all night. It was a perfect dining experience.

This is a revolving buffet restaurant, located on the 60th floor of Nanjing Jinao Building. It is currently the largest high-altitude restaurant in the entire Nanjing city. Because it provides buffet service for three meals a day, it is a veritable all-day restaurant and is part of the supporting part of Jinao Fairmont Hotel. In addition to its large scale and good viewing angle, this all-day restaurant also has a very distinctive theater-style kitchen, that is, the kitchen is in the middle of the restaurant, and the tables are distributed around it. When diners dine, it is like watching a performance in a theater, which is very interesting. This is a corner of the restaurant. The kitchen complex is in the middle. Isn’t it interesting? It is true that this restaurant is the largest high-altitude restaurant in Nanjing. After walking around, you can find that each dining area has a corresponding kitchen. It is really great to choose a suitable place to sit down and slowly taste your favorite food. For example, if you want to eat some noodles, you can choose this area to sit down and eat some noodles. This design is quite scientific and artistic. I am afraid there are not many such restaurants in Nanjing, right? The restaurant in the evening seems to have a touch of warmth and romance. The sun shines through the windows into the restaurant, and the river view vaguely visible in the distance forms a spectacular and beautiful picture under the setting sun! Sitting in the high-altitude restaurant, you can enjoy the river view in the evening while enjoying the food. This feeling is rare. In addition to the good view and artistic design, this all-day restaurant also has many mainstream foreign cuisines, such as Japanese cuisine, Korean cuisine, etc. Diners who like cuisines from different countries and regions are very blessed here, and they can enjoy their tongues very happily. In addition to cuisines from other countries and regions, the all-day restaurant also has special snacks from different provinces and cities in the mainland. For example, this restaurant has a special clay pot soup from Nanchang, Jiangxi, and diners from Jiangxi are blessed. Of course, this is only one part. There are also special snacks from other major provinces. You can come and see and taste more delicacies yourself.

The breakfast for two that comes with the accommodation ends at 10 o'clock, and we arrived at around 8 o'clock. The restaurant has an exceptionally good view. The entire floor is filled with seats, and there are glass walls all around, so you can clearly overlook the scenery. It is a good place for a date and dinner. Although it is breakfast, there are many varieties and the preparation is not ambiguous at all. Breakfast stalls with flavors from various countries are placed in a circle around the hall. There is freshly ground coffee at the entrance, and the breakfast varieties include American, Italian, Japanese, Singaporean, Chinese, Korean, and European... Chinese has freshly fried egg pancakes, and the baguette slices are delicious. There are many kinds of fruits, as well as figs, passion fruit... Oh yes, there is also ice cream... The service is very good, and a girl who looks like Yui Aragaki took the initiative to ask me if I want coffee. In short, the experience is good and it is worth it.

Everything is wonderful about Fairmont! The building looks very international, mainly built by an American construction company! The indoor pool is OK, but there is no hot tub? I have stayed in many Fairmonts, but I have never been to a lougheedMM!

The buffet restaurant is located on the 60th floor, the most luxurious floor in the hotel. The entire floor is spacious, offering 360-degree views. There are plenty of seating options, including booths, but reservations are required. There's also a family room with a TV and sofas for seating on the floor—a very thoughtful venue. The pastries upon entering were a pleasant surprise, vibrantly colored and expertly crafted. The durian cake was generously filled with durian flesh, a truly authentic touch. The salmon sashimi was fresh, and the beef brisket was a real delicacy. Not only was the quality excellent, but the texture was perfectly cooked. The night view was a truly romantic experience. The hotel experience was excellent, and I'd consider returning.

[Location] Across from Jinao Shopping Center, or more accurately, next to it. This tall building, with its striking fish-scale-like exterior, is so tall that you can see it from afar. To get there, drive south along Jiangdong Road and then take a detour. Alternatively, take Metro Line 2, exit at Yuantong Station, and walk 644 meters. Alternatively, take bus No. 160 or 134, get off at Lushan Road Central Park, and walk 356 meters. The restaurant is arranged in a circular pattern, with dining tables arranged in each direction. The overall white color scheme is bright and translucent. The staggered silver metal ceiling lights on the west side create a truly stylish design, almost making you think you've entered a gallery or museum. The seats are very comfortable, and there are IKEA-style table lamps, a true testament to the hotel's sophistication. [Dishes] There's a dessert counter, seafood section, Western food section, bakery section, Thai food section, Nanjing-style food section, Cantonese food section, and Japanese food section. [Dessert Section] I personally recommend and like it. Their desserts are mainly pies, beautifully presented and not overly sweet. They also have plenty of marshmallows and other candies, which are a real delight for a dessert lover like me. [Thai Food Section] is also a standout, offering a wide selection of Southeast Asian dishes, each prepared by a dedicated chef. [Service] The service here is also excellent. Every waiter is polite, well-dressed, and courteous.
