As a Chongqing native who has worked and lived in Nanchang for five years, I have to give a thumbs up to Master Gao. At that time, I rented a house in the Millennium Summer Palace not far from Jianshe Road. Every day I would start with Master Gao's mixed noodles, steamed dumplings, mushroom meat pie soup or egg meat pie soup. Their mixed noodles are the best. For me personally, I have eaten all the mixed noodles in Nanchang, big and small, in all corners, including those in Shengjin Pagoda Laowu and Youmin Temple. I have been back to Chongqing for more than ten years, but I still can't forget Master Gao's mixed noodles. Especially the chili oil and dried radish!

The business model is to buy tokens first and then use the tokens to buy food. Every time I go there, I must order mixed noodles and kelp pork ribs. The mixed noodles are really ranked in the top three restaurants I have eaten in Nanchang, and the price is similar to other restaurants, 3.5 yuan a bowl. The steamed dumplings inside are also not bad, 50 cents each.

A very cost-effective shop, a bowl of mixed noodles is 4.5 yuan, and meat pie soup is only 5 yuan. The taste is local, salty and spicy, but I didn't try the fried dumplings, which is a pity. Very affordable, but the sanitation environment is not good

Personally, I think their mixed noodles are among the best in Nanchang, especially the cold ones, which taste even better. Their buns are also a specialty.
