Bringing my parents this weekend, it's a relaxing, no-rush trip, and a room with stunning mountain views for over 200 yuan per person. 🌲3-Day, 2-Night Lazy Itinerary DAY 1: Depart from Chengdu → Diexi Haizi → Yunshangyue Home Resort Hotel · [Diexi Haizi] No admission fee! Open all day! This earthquake-formed plateau lake is breathtakingly beautiful. Visit in the evening, when the sunset casts a dazzling glow across the lake like an overturned palette. · Overnight at [Yunshangyue Home Resort Hotel]: A single-family villa with a private balcony. You can even watch a traditional iron flower performance! The restaurant's steamed buns are incredible, with the Qiang woman getting up at 5 a.m. to knead the dough. DAY 2: Songpinggou Scenic Area → Dianjiangtai Cliff Carvings · [Songpinggou]: 67 yuan admission is a fantastic value! We recommend taking a sightseeing bus to the top and walking down (note for the lazy). All ingredients are freshly harvested from the mountains. ▫️ Jiaochang Village roadside stalls: The perfect combination of barley cakes and butter tea, filling for 5 yuan. ▫️ Hidden Menu: Order a whole roasted lamb from the hotel front desk! Half the price of the scenic area ⚠️Practical Tips ✅ The entire journey from Chengdu takes 3.5 hours, so it's stress-free with a car. ✅ Songpinggou is 2,800 meters above sea level. Elderly and children are advised to bring oxygen tanks. ✅ September is the best time to visit!
