I always think that Yunnan cuisine and Hainan cuisine have similarities, including the fact that both like to soak sour plums. There are several shops in Aliaojia, Mangshi. I followed the recommendation of the locals to try soaking chicken feet and eat some plums. As a result, I met &quot;Pao Lu Da&quot; - a bowl of sweet soup from Myanmar! 😄
Pao Lu Da is a Burmese and Thai dessert. It was first popular in Southeast Asian countries, and later gradually spread to Mangshi, Ruili, Jinghong, Xishuangbanna, Yunnan. Now it is a famous snack in Mangshi and Ruili. Locals and tourists can try it in their spare time.
