木偶奇遇ceA brand new experience in a Thai restaurant, the main dish is freshly cooked seafood, with Thai food as the theme, including Thai green curry chicken, mango sticky rice, soft shell crab, and relatively less hot food. I like the sauces there very much, which are all sour and sweet and very appetizing. The coconut soup tastes very fragrant and has a lot of ingredients. The service is professional and polite, and the tableware is changed frequently. The dining environment is beautiful and I am quite satisfied with it, which is completely worth the additional service charge.

There is a Thai restaurant on the basement floor of Galaxy. There are two kinds of set meals, one with seafood for over 500 yuan, and one without seafood for over 200 yuan. I ordered the cheaper one, which didn't have much in it, just some very cheap Thai roadside snacks.
This buffet restaurant in Banyan Tree mainly specializes in Southeast Asian dishes. Needless to say, the environment is not too bad for a 5-star restaurant. If you like hot food, this is more suitable than other restaurants. In recent years, there have been many buffet restaurants of this type in Macau, and their offerings are generally similar. Not many people go to this restaurant, so you don’t need to book a table a week or two in advance. You can even get a table just by walking in.
For the first time, I knew that there was a Banyan Tree hidden in the Galaxy Resort. After walking through the magnificent hall, there was a quiet space. Dinner was at Shangfang, where we enjoyed Thai food. All the ingredients and chefs were from Thailand. The strong Southeast Asian flavor bloomed on the tip of my tongue, and the light and lively music was in my ears. I was a little dazed, as if I was still in Thailand and hadn't returned yet!
We came to Shang Fang under Banyan Tree, a restaurant full of Thai style. All the ingredients and chefs are from Thailand. As someone from Yunnan, which borders Thailand, I think the taste is very authentic.
It is a Thai seafood buffet, with not many seafood varieties. Some of the seafood is cooked on site, but the cooking methods are only steamed, fried, and pan-fried, and the quality of the seafood is just average. The fried lobster is okay, but the texture of the steamed meat is a bit plump. There are only 4-5 cooked dishes, and they are all ordinary Thai curry. The desserts are like homemade ice cream and a few cakes, which are not attractive at all. In terms of price, more than 400 per person, it is not worth it.
