I was told that I had to go to the gate to find the security guard to open the door before I could visit. The exhibition hall is less than 100 square meters. In addition to mineral specimens, there are mostly pictures and text introductions. After reading it, I have a general understanding of the geographical climate, ecological environment, animal and plant resources of the "Three Parallel Rivers" area, namely the Nujiang River. I have been in Yunnan for three days and have had rice noodles for breakfast. Today I decided to change the taste. I walked to a small shop called "Xia Lu Biao" on the side of the Xueshan Road and spent 19 yuan to order a bowl of mutton soup and a big pancake. There were many crushed mints in the mutton soup, which was fresh without any smell. After eating, I was a little curious about the name of "Xia Lu Biao". I thought it was a transliteration or translation of the local minority language, which might be equivalent to the meaning of "Hao You Lai" in Chinese. I asked the proprietress, and she said that the name of the store was the name of their village, and they were Bai people in Laos. I was a little surprised when I heard it. Why would Lao people open a mutton shop here? But I didn't want to get to the bottom of it any further, so I went out and checked on Baidu, only to find out that "Xia Lubiao" is a natural village under the jurisdiction of Lao Wo Bai Nationality Township, Lushui County. This "Lao Wo" is not "Laos". I was overthinking it.
