The roast duck at Xingyifang is really delicious. Since its name is Xingyifang Peony Roast Duck, it must be the signature dish of N01. It is indeed extraordinary. The fried hairtail is also crispy in the middle. I went to Luoyang for a four-day trip and ate here for three days. The beautiful manager in the picture specially recommended the thick soup of baby cabbage and tofu today. This thick soup is made from broth and is very fresh. When it was cold, the beautiful manager thickened it and heated it up. In addition to the dishes, I like her service, which is sincere, generous and enthusiastic. Next time I have the opportunity to go to Luoyang, I will still choose this restaurant.

Before coming to Luoyang, I researched countless things, fearing a "fake Tang Dynasty" trend. 😫 I stumbled upon the Xi Que Luoshen Hotel, which completely maximised my "shopping, dining and lounging" experience. I'm still savoring it now, and I absolutely must recommend it to anyone else visiting Luoyang! 🙋‍♀️ Let's talk about where to stay first. Choosing Xi Que Luoshen Hotel (Lijingmen Yingtianmen Scenic Area Branch) was truly the best decision I made on my trip to Luoyang! The location is fantastic, convenient for visiting Longmen Grottoes and Yingtianmen, but the hotel's details are truly captivating – Luoshen-themed illustrations hang in the hallways. 🖼️ Even the front desk lady was so gentle and welcoming, it felt completely at home. After dropping off my luggage, I asked my friend about "Must-eats in Luoyang." The lady immediately understood my desire for an immersive Tang Dynasty experience and recommended Xingyifang Peony Roast Duck (Yingtianmen Branch) and Tang Palace Royal Banquet. She also mentioned, "It's super close to the hotel, only a 10-minute ride on a shared e-bike. No need to squeeze in a bus or taxi, and it's so comfortable to just stroll back after dinner." I immediately thought this recommendation was a sure thing! 👍 I wasn't disappointed! Following the directions, I was stunned upon arriving at the entrance of Xingyifang. A young man in a Tang suit stood in the lobby and smiled, "Dear guest, please come in." It instantly felt like I'd been transported back to the heyday of the Tang Dynasty! ✨ It was even more immersive than taking photos at Yingtianmen! As soon as we sat down and looked at the menu, the waiter kindly explained that they specialize in replicas of Tang Palace Royal Banquet, with incredibly well-named dishes. We followed their recommendation and ordered a set menu for two, along with a pot of low-alcohol Tang-style fruit wine 🍶. The fruity aroma was palpable right from the moment it was poured—perfect for women. Here's the kicker! After a few bites, the stage lights suddenly came on, and a young woman in a kimono-length skirt, holding a pipa, emerged. 🎻 Her fingertips plucked the strings, and gentle music drifted right into my ears. I forgot to chew my food! Then came a dance excerpt from "Rainbow Skirt and Feathered Coat." The women's skirts twirled, and the embroidered patterns on them swirled along with them. 💃 Against the backdrop of the restaurant's warm yellow lighting and the antique-style tables and chairs, my friend and I exchanged glances and exclaimed in unison, "This is what Luoyang should be like!" The entire meal was anything but boring. Performances followed one after another, featuring lively Tang Dynasty dances, melodious ancient music, and engaging interactions. The performers invited everyone to learn simple Tang Dynasty dance moves, and I frantically followed along. 🤣 The aunt at the next table was even more engrossed than I was, beaming with joy. The best part was the perfectly paced performance. It didn't interrupt my meal, but rather, I enjoyed the roasted meat and the show with fruit wine. Even the meat tasted so much better than usual. That relaxing and healing feeling was truly 100 times more enjoyable than simply checking in at the sights! 😌 We ate until we were stuffed, and walked out the door, enjoying the Luoyang evening breeze, to the Xi Que Luoshen Hotel. 🌙 The return trip was just the right amount of time to digest the food, and I even got to see Yingtian Gate on the way. I couldn't help but tell my friend, "If I'd known this place was so convenient, I would have booked two extra nights." I sincerely recommend to anyone visiting Luoyang: stop chasing those popular online restaurants! Staying at the Xi Que Luoshen Hotel is both time-saving and comfortable. Then, following the hotel lady's recommendation, try the Xingyifang Tang Palace Imperial Banquet. Enjoy Tang Dynasty cuisine while watching an immersive performance, and you'll truly experience "being a Tang Dynasty official for a day." I even posted photos and got asked about my address 800 times. 📱 It was a real steal!

A must-eat after climbing Laojun Mountain!!! Every time my friends from out of town visit Luoyang, they ask me, "What should I eat? Delicious and affordable!!!" My first thought was, "Xingyifang Peony Roast Duck." The taste and service are both top-notch, and it's super close to Lijing Gate. 💒Wedding Hall: The ceilings in both halls are incredible🆙 [Versailles Hall on the First Floor]: It's said to be a 1:1 replica of the Palace of Versailles, one of the five great castles of France. With its gleaming crystals, three-dimensional chandeliers, murals, and sculptures, it's the perfect fairytale castle for princes and princesses🏰. The hall's two staircases are also beautifully decorated. Without asking, I assume they're where the bride enters. It can accommodate about 20-30 tables. [Hawaii Hall on the 3rd Floor]: Simple yet elegant, it's incredibly versatile, allowing for customizable decorating. Simply hire your favorite wedding planning company to create the venue. Personally, I'm quite fond of this hallway on the 3rd floor. The long corridor where the bride enters is absolutely stunning and completely captivating! 🎏About Dishes/Prices: I've never really expected wedding banquet food to be that good, but...this one is truly delicious! (🗣️: If it's not delicious, come and hit me!)
