The soup dumplings in Kaifeng Diyilou are one of the four major Chinese dumplings and are very famous! I went to the Luoyang branch on Jiudu Road. The waiters were warm and thoughtful, and the environment was also good. However, there was not enough meat and soup in the soup dumplings, which was still a long way from the Nanxiang Xiaolongbao. Maybe I should go to the old store to try it...
