I ordered their signature braised pork rice; the pork was stewed until tender, and the sauce mixed perfectly with the rice. The price was reasonable too—around twenty yuan was enough to fill you up. Sitting alone by the window in the evening, watching the sky slowly darken outside, I felt completely relaxed.

Passing by this little shop late at night, I ordered a bowl of boat congee. The rice was cooked until soft and fluffy, and the fish slices and crushed peanuts melted on my tongue, a warm feeling slowly rising from my stomach. Ten yuan could buy such a comforting sense of satisfaction, and suddenly the night felt gentler.

Go to this restaurant for the food; don't expect too much from the ambiance. I recommend trying their signature dry-pot bullfrog. The bullfrog meat is fried to a crispy exterior and tender interior, and the potato and lotus root slices in the side dishes are also very flavorful. Remember to order a serving of handmade noodles; mixing them into the broth is absolutely delicious. It costs around 80 RMB per person. Be prepared to queue during peak hours, so it's advisable to avoid peak times.
