LUAN CHUAN BA DA WAN

I went to Luanchuan for a walk when I had nothing to do. I saw that the eight bowls here were quite unique and the overall consumption was not very high, so I came here to try it. It was basically enough for the five of us. It was good.

We visited Jiguandong and went there on the way. The food tasted great, with a traditional farm style. We took care of the kids and didn't order braised pork. The four of us chose pork with preserved vegetables, stewed pork, mountain mushroom spare ribs, and Sanzi soup, which were just right. The stewed pork in Luanchuan is very distinctive and the Sanzi soup has a strong flavor. It is worth recommending. I ate there but didn't take pictures. I will make up for it when I go to Luanchuan next year.

It is a famous local specialty of Luanchuan. It is a few special dishes that must be served on the table in traditional rural red and white events. After being improved, it is available to the public. It tastes very good. It is worth it for friends to taste the local culture and customs.

There are open-air seats in the front and back yards, and the private rooms downstairs are decorated in a simple manner. I didn't book a private room, so I had to sit in the hall. The people eating were very noisy, and there were many smokers, and the indoor air was particularly bad. I ordered a few special dishes. The name of the braised pork is confusing. It is actually braised pork stewed with carrots. Luanchuan tofu is relatively light. The only thing I think is more delicious is the crispy pork. The sour soup is particularly appetizing and not greasy at all. The dishes are not large and the price is moderate. As for the service of the restaurant, it is hard to say. There is no management at all. First of all, there are many people but the restaurant does not give numbers. The guests have to find the table by themselves. After sitting down, whether it is to clean up the dishes and chopsticks left by the previous table, pour hot water and get tableware, or order food, they have to urge many times, and even the menu was finally taken by myself at the front desk. The food was served very slowly, and the soup was not served even after we finished the first few dishes. The waiter had no shame in providing such poor service, probably because he didn't care about the customers...
