As for whether the dishes are authentic, it is hard to say, after all, I am not a Hakka, so I can't comment, but the same chicken is much worse than the one I had at Yongding Restaurant the next day. As for the service, it is really embarrassing. The forced consumption has no bottom line. Each table must consume three small dishes. When the dishes are served, no one tells you that they are charged. After asking, the waiter also said shamelessly that each table must be served. We came and went several times until we finally said we wanted to complain, and then the dishes were removed. The last fruit is also served directly to you, and you are asked to pay when you check out. So, although it is a restaurant that looks extremely decent, the experience is quite poor.
