1. Chengwenfang Rice Noodles
P2: I followed the locals down the alley and found this small place. It&#39;s small, but the food is incredible! The rice and dough are incredibly smooth, smothered in spicy chili oil. A bowl is only 4 yuan, and paired with an 8 yuan roujiamo (Chinese roujiamo), you&#39;re guaranteed a carb-filled meal!
2. Liangshui Three-Piece Set
P3: I took an hour-long bus ride to Liangshui Town just for this treat! Just navigate to &quot;Liangshui Food Street&quot; on the navigation, but remember it opens after 4:30 PM! Must-order lamb skewers, spicy noodles, and grilled chicken feet. Find a place with a long line&mdash;you&#39;re guaranteed to go! The lamb skewers are perfectly crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, and the spicy noodles are soaked in the broth. At 40 yuan per person, you&#39;ll be stuffed!
3. Walnut Cakes
P4: A must-buy Longnan specialty! Don&#39;t just buy from online recommendations; ask locals on the street. I bought mine at a small shop outside the west gate of the Municipal Hospital. The freshly baked cakes were incredibly fragrant, though I&#39;m a bit salty. Perfect for gifts, and you can buy a large bag for 20 yuan per person.
4. Yogurt
P5: The yogurt I picked up at the supermarket was surprisingly amazing! I highly recommend the Mula yogurt, which comes in five flavors and can be stored at room temperature, with just the right balance of sweet and sour. The Old Lanzhou yogurt is also great, with a thicker texture and perfect with the walnut cakes.
5. Fengzhengdao
P6: Their noodles are truly delicious! 😋 You can&#39;t go wrong. The side dishes are all refreshing and delicious, and the condiment table is extensive. It&#39;s not just at mealtimes that the crowds are outrageous. The hand-made noodles are highly recommended. The whistle noodles and spicy chicken noodles are also delicious. The fillings are generous, the chili is incredibly fragrant, and the noodles are chewy. It&#39;s a dream come true.
6. Potato Stir-fried Rice Balls
P7 seems to be a local&#39;s go-to breakfast. The sticky texture paired with the fragrant chili oil and chives is delicious, and the potatoes are fragrant.

Their sauerkraut fish is really delicious. The soup is good, sour and fresh, but you won&#39;t feel dry in the mouth after eating it. The most important thing is that the fish slices are super tender. I really ate one piece after another. After finishing it, there was only the sauerkraut soup left. It is definitely worth a try. The portion is large and the price-performance ratio is very high.

Among the brands of fried chicken, besides KFC, Dicos is another one of my favorite brands. Their fried chicken has a very crispy skin, and the chicken is juicy when you bite it, but you won&rsquo;t feel greasy after eating it, and the chicken is very fresh. Fried chicken thighs and fried chicken drumsticks are my favorites, and they are definitely worth a try.
