Don't miss these specialties! Spring pancakes: hot noodles, thin pancakes, with minced meat vermicelli, fried chicken shreds, silver sprouts and shredded pork, leeks and fried shredded pork, can be used as both rice and vegetables. Huangxian meat box: a local specialty, with pork and seasonal vegetables as fillings, more meat and less vegetables, golden and not burnt, a bite of crispy skin, juice flowing.
