I really didn&#39;t expect that Longde County in Guyuan would be a blessed place for eating Peggy, just because there is a local specialty food &quot;Longde hot pot&quot;, which is based on the Longxi hot pot and adds some local side dishes. (Here I would like to give special praise to the potato vermicelli, which is so fragrant)
The slices of braised pork belly are cut into thin slices and then neatly arranged under a variety of rich side dishes. There are also fried meatballs and ribs hidden in it. The process is like opening a blind box, and the content is very rich.
