The weather was good so I took my family to Liyang to relax. I couldn't say enough about the restaurants in the scenic area. They all served the same cheap fish and you couldn't taste the quality of the fish at all. After hearing the introduction from a friend, I drove ten minutes to Pingqiao Shiba, the source of Tianmu Lake, and found this farmhouse recommended by my friend. The fish are raised directly in the pollution-free river, so the quality is guaranteed. We watched the boss catch the fish, kill the fish, and stew the fish in one go. After eating it, I realized what it means to get what you pay for. The fish meat is delicate and slightly sweet, which is completely incomparable to those restaurants in the scenic area. I will come to this restaurant next time I come to Liyang. It's very 👍🏻

The fish heads are freshly killed and cooked, very tender, without any fishy smell. The farmhouse stupid rooster tastes great too, it's worth eating!
