bjbillyjiaoThis restaurant is located downstairs in Jingu Building, open 24 hours a day, just downstairs from the hotel where I stayed, so I chose this restaurant for my first meal in Liuzhou. I just went to the food pick-up counter to place my order, and then waited for the food to be picked up. This is dry noodles, and the service staff directly scooped some from the various ingredient basins and poured it directly on the rice noodles, so it was very fast, there were a lot of things, the taste was good, and the price-performance ratio was very high

The first meal in Liuzhou, I went to Dahua dry noodles. I have been recommended for a long time and it is really special! At night, I followed the navigation and walked around and finally found the store in the alley. It is open 24 hours a day and you can eat there no matter how late it is or how early or late it is! I ordered two taels of noodles, and you can add vegetables and meat. The dry noodles are very fragrant after mixing. I was amazed at the first bite. It is really different from what I imagined. It is delicious!
A local 24-hour snail noodle shop in Liuzhou, specializing in dry noodles. The amount of noodles is relatively small, and it is recommended that girls order 2 liang. I added 5 yuan of vegetables and meat, which included refreshing meat (very crispy), barbecued pork and liver, which were both delicious. You can also choose a single meat. The peanuts here are crispier than other places, and the dry noodles taste very good. The service attitude is okay, not as bad as complained.
I am a serious patient of Luoshifen. Not only have I eaten at all Luoshifen restaurants in Beijing, I also found a girl from Liuzhou to contribute her Luoshifen Taobao collection. However, as a Luoshifen addict, how could I be satisfied with only the bagged and Beijing Luoshifen restaurants? Every Luoshifen lover must have a big Liuzhou on his to-go list! Last November, I finally got what I wanted and went to the hometown of Luoshifen to weed out the weeds. As a result, I not only didn’t weed out all the weeds, but also planted more. For example, even if I did my homework, I couldn’t avoid choice difficulties when facing the TOP100 Luoshifen. If I went to the east, I could only give up the west. So I thought I must go there to eat again next time; I finally ate the No. 1 Xihuan Fatty, but I found that there are also magical existences such as fried Luoshifen and dry Luoshifen. Excuse me? It turns out that soup noodles are just the most common entry-level. After figuring out these types of Luoshi noodles, I found that they are just the tip of the iceberg of Guangxi rice noodles. In Guangxi, there are more than 20 ways to eat rice noodles. In addition to the most well-known Luoshi noodles, Guilin rice noodles, and Nanning Laoyou noodles, there are also pig's feet noodles, raw squeezed noodles, rolled noodles, Rong'an filtered noodles, Binyang sour noodles, Yulin raw material noodles... If you are a person who is particularly interested in noodles, it should be very interesting to go to Guangxi for a rural investigation of eating noodles. To be honest, I have thought about it, but then I thought again, for a northern kid who has only known to eat noodles since childhood, it is as difficult to understand the name of Guangxi rice noodles as to throw a Guangxi kid to Shanxi and ask him what Bo Yu'er, Ti Jian'er, Jiupian'er and Xiaomian Kao Binlao are all about. So, let's write down the noodles I had in Liuzhou this time. Let's enjoy every bowl we can.
