Two days and one night in Liuzhou with my mother! Let me summarize our eating and drinking~ The following are all personal opinions, very subjective and pure sharing💕 1⃣️Liuzhou Soup Noodles (Qingyun Store) p2-3: If you like a store, put its sign on the cover! I really like it. First of all, its cost-effectiveness. You can see from its sign that this is a 6 yuan store: 2 taels 6r 3 taels 7r, you can choose a meat side dish, and add other seasonings by yourself. I ordered hand-cut flat noodles for breakfast and chose pork belly shreds. Because I saw the aunt in front of me added a lot of chili, I also scooped a lot, but this was too spicy! It is not recommended to put a lot. The noodles taste very smooth and refreshing, I like it! Because I like the taste in the morning so much, I came here for lunch again, but the hand-cut ones in the morning were sold out, so I ordered machine-cut ones. Mom ordered three taels, with pig's feet (11.5r) and I ordered two taels, with lard residue, Chinese sausage and a braised egg (because there was not much lard residue, it became a double combination, 7.5r). The lard residue was crispy and very fragrant, and the Chinese sausage was sweet and very delicious. The taste of the noodles was not as good as hand-cut ones, but it tasted good. I chatted with the uncle who shared the table with me in the morning. He said that this store really tastes good. People nearby will come to eat. It can be seen that many locals will come here, and there are quite a lot of takeaways. 2⃣️ Jubao Snail Noodles p4: This store is on Wuxing Street. It is the main store and the one that is very popular on the Internet. I also came here because of its reputation. I came on a rainy day, and the auntie in the store was very nice. There are many kinds of toppings to choose from. My mother and I both added fried eggs and braised pig's feet, and I also added a duck foot. As our first meal in Liuzhou, I think the taste is really good, better than the snail noodles I had before, and it is also blessed by the atmosphere in the store hahaha. The small ingredients are all very delicious, and it really lives up to its name. 3⃣️Puff Tea p5: This is a unique milk tea bar in Liuzhou. I ordered the most signature Juvenile Liuhou. The cream and nuts on it are delicious. The three-point sugar I ordered is not sweet. It is more friendly to people like me who don’t like to drink too sweet. The black tea taste at the bottom of the tea is more prominent, but it feels quite similar to Cha Yan kkk 4⃣️Old Taste p6: This store ordered chocolate flavor and taro paste flavor. The cake body is very dense, the chocolate sauce on the outside of the chocolate is very solid, and you can still taste the granularity; the taro paste flavor still has a thick layer of sandwich that is not sweet or greasy.
