After three days of playing in Liuzhou, I finally understood that this place is a paradise for foodies. I feel that even if I have a 2TB stomach capacity, it is not enough! 😎 First, let me show you the guide map I carefully made (the second picture). The ones in the blue box are the ones I didn't have time to eat. The following recommendations are all my personal experience. I have a heavy taste and like sticky things. I can't accept too sweet things. They are for your reference only and are definitely not advertisements! If you don't believe it, just watch it for fun and don't criticize me. 🧐 I recommend Diandude! Their vermicelli is like rice cakes, brushed with sweet sauce, and the duck legs are also sweet, and they are very chewy when eaten. I originally like spicy food, but I didn't expect to be conquered by this taste. 😍 Weiwei cassava soup must be eaten! I compared the original cassava soup of Zhangfei, Weiwei and Xiaoyuan snail noodles. Weiwei's is my favorite. The cassava is soft and sticky, with very few root hairs in it, and the taste is superb. I packed a portion when I left. 🤩 Rong'an Xinglong filtered noodles are a bit like dry noodles, but the taste is amazing! The stew is especially delicious, and the unique flavor makes me unforgettable after eating it. 🤗 If you want to drink corn juice, you can choose Xiongji corn juice if you don't see Zhangji. The taste is strong, and it is the juice squeezed from sweet corn. It is sweet and fresh, and it is freshly squeezed. 😋 The noodles in the old noodle shop are sweet and sour, and there is a lot of meat. I bought the cold one, I don't know if it is considered hot noodles, but the self-made chives are a bit bitter, so be careful when eating. 😜 Abin Weidao Tung Oil Shop, the special sweet and sour jam is very novel. The horseshoe and mung beans in Feifei Tangshui at the door of his house are too sweet, I don't like it very much. 😒 Ye Ji Beef Intestines Sour is sour and spicy, and all kinds of beef offal taste good. I couldn't eat too much at the time, so I only ordered a few and felt that they were delicious. 😃 Tianshan Beef Offal was recommended by a local friend. I worked up an all-nighter to curate some of my favorite Liuzhou local delicacies and snacks. Avoid the internet-famous restaurants and head out! 1️⃣ Qingyun Lixiangyuan Grilled Pork Jerky Shop Ahhh! The pork jerky is bigger than my face, and the meat is incredibly thick and tender. It's not tough or dry, and the more you chew, the more delicious it becomes. 😝 They also have vacuum-packed pork jerky gift boxes, and we ship nationwide! 2️⃣ Honey-glazed Chicken Legs (Five Star Branch) The sweet and spicy fried duck legs are incredibly crispy and delicious! The fried vermicelli and taro are also a hit! 3️⃣ Liupinfang Snail Noodles (near Jubao) The snail noodles are incredibly chewy, and the broth is salty and spicy. I absolutely love their fried scallions and dried bean curd sheets. It's right near Five Star Street. 4️⃣ Xiaochi Rice Noodles This is Liuzhou hot noodles, perfect for breakfast and lunch 🉑. I recommend the machine-cut noodles, which are thinner and more flavorful! 5️⃣ Hongyun Canteen This is a steal! It's around 20 yuan per person. Both the noodles and rice are a bit spicy, but they're really delicious 😋 6️⃣ Jianpan First Roll Noodles I love their taro cakes, which are so soft and chewy. The roll noodles are also really good. You can add your own toppings and sauces! 7️⃣ Zhouji Malatang They have fried stinky tofu, meat dishes, and vegetarian dishes. ...Remember to ask the aunt for more sour plum sauce. The stinky tofu soaked in the broth is so satisfying~ 8️⃣ Brother Bin's Fried Noodles The fried noodles are their signature dish. The fried snail noodles are a little soggy, but still quite delicious. I also love the potato noodles and fried seven-inch noodles. It's right next to the malatang! 9️⃣ Cheku Malatang (Beique Road) I've heard this place has been around for years.
