Zhaoxing Restaurant, a restaurant recommended to us by a friend, is quite hard to find. It is near the Zhituan Drum Tower. We had lunch there after returning from Basha Miao Village. It was almost 3pm when we finished eating.

肇兴食府，朋友给我们推荐的一家店，蛮难找的啦，在智团鼓楼附近，那天去玩岜沙苗寨之后回来才吃的午饭，吃完快下午三点多了。酸汤鱼，贵州的酸汤味道确实不错，这一家的酸汤也还不错，但吃到后来越吃越辣...如果只有两个人就可以和老板说只要一条鱼就可以啦，分量也不少，鱼肉倒没有特别入味酸汤，但是鱼肉本身的口感和肉感是我喜欢的烧法，单独喝酸汤会比较有感觉，在寨子里吃来吃去最多的就是酸汤，最后一天已经疲了，不想再吃和酸汤有关的东西了哈哈。

酒楼比较大。价格还可以。我们4个大人两个小孩，点了七个菜，没吃完。老爸吃他们本地特色菜最好。腌肉不错。糯米鱼不推荐。鱼下面的糯米太油腻，吃不下。

On the morning of the day I left, I finally sat down at Fatty Liao&#39;s house to eat a bowl of fragrant pork noodles. After ordering, I changed my mind temporarily and asked the boss to help me change the clear soup to sour soup.

In the village, there are three ways to eat fragrant pork, besides the way it is eaten in stir-fry restaurants, as a topping when eating noodles in breakfast shops, as barbecued meat, and wrapped in glutinous rice.
