There are two Fatty Liao restaurants on the main street of Zhaoxing Dongzhai. The one near the Youyi Hotel serves stir-fried dishes, and the one between Tuanlou and Zhilou specializes in various noodles.
On the morning of the day I left, I finally sat down at Fatty Liao&#39;s house to eat a bowl of fragrant pork noodles. After ordering, I changed my mind temporarily and asked the boss to help me change the clear soup to sour soup.
Fragrant pork + sour soup, I personally think it is a manifestation of Dongjia cuisine. Every Dongjia family will brew their own sour soup, and every restaurant will have a stove for roasting fragrant pigs. Those who dare to put the stove out show that they are confident in their own roasting techniques. When eating roasted fragrant pork, you must eat thick cuts, with crispy skin and tender fat but not greasy.
In his sour soup, you can see the main ingredient of sour soup, cherry tomatoes, in the bowl served to the guests, unlike the bowl of beef sour soup noodles I had in other restaurants before, which did not have cherry tomatoes.
In the village, there are three ways to eat fragrant pork, besides the way it is eaten in stir-fry restaurants, as a topping when eating noodles in breakfast shops, as barbecued meat, and wrapped in glutinous rice. I have tried all three and think that the thick-cut ones at Fatty Liao&rsquo;s house are the most delicious.

Donglang Restaurant is located in a very good location in the village, in the center. The ingredients are exquisite, the taste is good, and the price is reasonable. There are three floors in total, with halls and rooms, and the waiters are also enthusiastic.
I personally recommend a few dishes: glutinous rice ribs, bamboo tube rice, mashed potatoes, local tofu, etc., and of course the traditional classic dish: fried bamboo shoots with smoked meat!

Yuwang Breakfast Shop: A breakfast shop recommended by locals. Although it is a breakfast shop, it also provides lunch and dinner. It also has sour soup fish, and the price is cheaper than other restaurants. For breakfast, I started with a bowl of local specialty sour soup beef noodles. The sour soup here is very strong. The boss said that he used big tomatoes to make it. The taste of theirs is stronger than the sour soup of other restaurants. My friend ordered a crispy pork noodle. The clear soup is relatively light. The crispy pork skin is not crispy when put into the soup, but the pork is still very fragrant.
