Shiping tofu skin is a special bean product with a great taste. Signature crispy meat is very tender and the skin is not thick, comparable to Sichuan crispy meat. Yunnan fragrant tofu is my favorite, it tastes like rice cake, fragrant, and you can't stop eating it.
