Of course you have to eat coconut chicken once when you go to Hainan, but facing the coconut chicken everywhere, I really don&rsquo;t know which one is delicious. After chatting with the local driver for a few times, I found that most locals go to the town to eat. But it&rsquo;s half an hour&rsquo;s drive away from us. So in the end, I had to compromise and chose to go to the coconut chicken shop opened by locals. Yes, some places may not be opened by locals. The one I went to today is not the best, but it is in a wealthy residential area and opened by locals. So I went there with the attitude of giving it a try, and I was not disappointed.

🌟Highlights:
1. Coconut Chicken Pot
Use fresh Ye Qing, original flavor. The chicken in the pot is Wenchang chicken. I don&rsquo;t know if it&rsquo;s true or not, but it&rsquo;s still very chewy. Fat but not greasy. The only flaw is that I didn&rsquo;t have time to eat it, and it was old in the pot. After the pot is boiled, drink the soup first, the chicken and coconut aromas are intertwined, it&rsquo;s amazing.

2. Special Coconut Rice

The sky cleared after the rain, and we went to Sapori for two consecutive days. Chef Allen is a very friendly Shanghainese. He opened Solo on Hengshan Road. Not only is he a red link of the French Escoffier Chef Association, but he can also cook according to the preferences of the guests.
