The hotel hardware environment is first-class, the room interior, the breakfast products are good, but the service is very bad, the mineral water in the room is filled, the bottle is old, and there are many scratches. A hotel for 5,000 a night is really not worth it.

I don't know how much money Capella spent on the PR to write this article. I stayed in Haitang Bay first this time, and deliberately put Capella for later, after all, it was the most expensive hotel. As a result, the room I stayed in first was next to a construction site, and I didn't get a nap. Fortunately, I changed rooms in time and the room was ready for afternoon tea, which surprised me very much. It was actually prepared biscuits and candies, plus fried chicken nuggets. It was the first time I had this kind of afternoon tea in a hotel of this level. In addition, there is no need to worry about the room type, because the villa can't see the sea, it's very average, far worse than hotels like Bulgari, not worth the price. I recommend staying in Haitang Bay, there are many entertainment activities, rich dining, no competition here, and the hotel didn't put much thought into it.

The food is not good, the service is average. It feels like every waiter is very busy and unprofessional.
