While eating, I saw several young ladies dressed in Hanfu checking in. Service: The waiters are all local Naxi women, warm and sincere. The owner, a Cantonese native, is also very hospitable, so you can stop by for tea if you're not busy. Recommendation: Alley's menu is diverse and authentic, with a mix of Cantonese and Sichuan styles to suit most tastes. It's truly amazing. I was blown away by the presentation of the dishes, and beyond the aesthetics, they're also delicious! ① Traditional Salt-Stir-fried Chicken: This is a time-honored Hakka dish, with soft skin and tender meat, a rich and flavorful aroma. It's truly one of their signature dishes, absolutely delicious, a must-try! ② Stone Pot Tofu Clay Pot: This dish exceeded my expectations. The owner said it's a homemade creation, combining tofu and eggs. It's crispy on the outside and soft on the inside—it's simply amazing! ③ Alley Secret Snow Mountain Fish: A signature dish and a must-try, the fish is tender, flavorful, and appetizing. ④ Blueberry Yam: While not overly attractive, it's a perfect after-dinner snack. This dish is both delicious and healthy, and I think it's suitable for everyone, young and old. ⑤ Preserved Pork with Preserved Vegetables: The meat is tender and tender, yet fatty but not greasy. The band there was great, but it's a shame they're gone. 2⃣️Tian Deneng Coffee Memorial Hall (Shuhe Old Town) The decor is casual, but the food isn't. I really like the old local houses, with their free-growing vegetation. Beautiful lines, only a relaxed posture~ 3⃣️Yuxing (near Lijiang Old Town) Across from the Old Town, this is a very fresh and artistic place. I wasn't particularly impressed by the coffee, but I happened to catch a glimpse of the sunset clouds saturating the horizon from a window. It's a truly unforgettable sight 😂 [Clay Pot] 4⃣️Clay Pot King (Heilongtan Park) When I ordered, I asked the waiter to use less rice, but he scraped it cleanly. The broad beans and ham combination were absolutely amazing—I almost packed a portion to go 🤦‍♀️ 5⃣️Hongxing Clay Pot (near Lijiang Old Town) This fusion of northern and southern cooking methods is freshly made and perfectly suited to Cantonese tastes. The mushroom hot pot broth was incredibly delicious ^_^, the bok choy was so tender, and the spicy chili peppers really brought out the savory flavor of the spareribs. The firm tofu was also delicious 😋 6⃣️A-po ​​Qing Spare Ribs Hotpot (Lijiang Old Town) The cured spareribs were fragrant, but I personally found them a bit too salty 😂, leaving me with an average impression.
