The Master of Lijiang(Restaurant)

The hand-grabbed rice was especially delicious; there was nothing I didn't like. Even the staff, who weren't sure how to make rice balls, were very helpful and showed me how. One serving was enough for two people to eat their fill. The roast chicken was very tender and incredibly fragrant with chili powder. The service was excellent, very friendly, and the food looked and tasted great. Everyone can go for it! So delicious! 😋

Delicious! This is the best restaurant in Lijiang. Every dish was a hit. I felt like the food saved my life; it was so delicious! The stinky tofu was fragrant, the stir-fried bok choy with garlic was excellent, and the pickled fish was especially fragrant. The barley cakes, particularly the rose-flavored ones, were also delicious. The tea was rose tea, and the stir-fried cured meat was also very good. I've had similar dishes at other restaurants before, but this one was exceptionally good.

Environment: Very nice, and the tea set is also very beautiful. Highly recommended. I will definitely come back next time. Recommended for friends visiting Lijiang Old Town. This restaurant is near the hotel where we stayed. It is quite popular. We had our last meal in Lijiang here! After visiting Mufu in the morning, we ate a bait block and then came to the restaurant for dinner. We only ordered two dishes. The black-bone chicken is sour and spicy, and the side dishes are bamboo shoots and onions. The onion tastes a bit like sour radish. I couldn’t taste it at first, haha. The copper pot snow mountain fish is tender and smooth, sour and spicy, and goes well with rice. The waiter also brought us butter tea. It was the first time I drank butter tea. At first, I thought I would not be able to adapt to it. After taking a sip, I found that it was really delicious. I will order it myself in the future. The environment is great and the service is also great.

The Prince of Western Yunnan - Dreaming back to Lijiang, inheriting the taste of a hundred years, is such a restaurant, pursuing not only the deliciousness of Lijiang, but also the long-standing legend of this ancient city.   The bamboo shoot chicken of the Haang and Deang ethnic groups is a national specialty, a famous bamboo shoot chicken, the bamboo shoot fragrance penetrates into the sweet chicken fiber, rich taste, juicy and flavorful.   The Yi ethnic group braised black goat, the local black goat raised in the wild, the meat is firm and firm, without a trace of excess fat, removing the smell of sheep, full of chewiness, the more you eat, the more delicious it is!   Antique dining atmosphere, open space, spacious tables and chairs. Every diner seemed to be amazed by the wonderful prince culture of western Yunnan. It was quiet and not noisy, and they savored every bite with their heart.

This was one of the more satisfying meals I had in Yunnan. The passion fruit fish slices were quite mild, suitable for those who don't eat spicy food. The colorful potato slices in the cured pork ribs were crispy, and there was a small salad on the side. I highly recommend the Jianshui tofu; it's black and delicious! 😋😋😋 The tamarind tea at the restaurant was very good, refreshing and not greasy, and the rose tea was also very nice. Both were delicious.

It was so delicious! I was so happy! The mushroom soup was incredibly delicious, every bite was amazing! It's truly a delicacy for Cantonese people! So fresh!! The fish was sour and spicy, super appetizing and went really well with rice. The spare ribs were also delicious!! The portion was so generous that two people couldn't finish it at all! The service lady was also incredibly friendly and thoughtful, offering us tips on how to get the best deal. She even gave us several cups of delicious tea and drinks. Absolutely delicious!
