The Master of Lijiang Restaurant(Gu Cheng Nan Men Store)

The environment was nice, and the staff were very welcoming. The window seats were great for taking photos. There were performances in the evening, so it wasn't crowded, even though it was the off-season. The tofu had a rich, savory aroma, and they even gave us two glasses of their homemade wine to try.

The dishes recommended by locals were quite good, and the decor was also quite upscale. Following the waiter's advice, I ordered their signature cured pork ribs, which included red potatoes, salad, and a light, oily flavor—quite delicious. The waiter's attire was also very attentive.

I feel that the most famous dish in the whole restaurant should be this dish. Basically, you can see it everywhere. Each table has a portion. It is crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. The sauce is sweet and sour. It's pretty good. | Local chicken health soup^ It's too salty and not fresh. The base is rich. But overall, the soup itself lacks a bit of taste besides being salty.

The portion size is also quite large, and the price/performance ratio is high. The snow mountain fish is really a big portion. After it is served, the soup is poured in. The fish fillet is very tender, and the ingredients are also quite rich. The taste is very good. Lijiang cured pork ribs, I said it was very delicious before I came to Lijiang, and it was really very fragrant. Yunnan small melon stewed with potatoes is the most delicious vegetable I have ever eaten. The taste of the rose stuffed is also very good. My boyfriend and I were very satisfied with it. It is worth recommending.
