A new culinary discovery in Libo! These braised dishes are so delicious! 🔥 Besides the beautiful scenery, the most surprising thing about visiting Libo, Guizhou, was the braised food! I especially enjoyed the iconic "Wan Chu Niang" brand. I highly recommend it to everyone! 1⃣ Wan Chu Niang Braised Meat Restaurant (Central City Branch) 📍Entrance of Building 8, Central City, Enming Road, Libo County Their signature braised food platter is incredibly generous! It includes beef, pig ears, dried tofu, and more, each braised to perfection. The best part is, it's not salty at all, with a subtle sweetness to the braised aroma. The cucumber garnish is a perfect counterpoint to the greasiness. The restaurant is small but spotless, and the owner is incredibly welcoming. 2⃣ Wan Chu Niang Braised Meat Restaurant (Banji Main Branch) 📍Directly across from the front gate of Tailong Xiyuan, Zhangjiang West Road, Libo County The crispy charcoal-grilled duck at this main branch is incredible! The skin is crispy, the meat is incredibly tender, and the secret sauce is just the right amount of sweet and salty, without being greasy at all. There's also a wide selection of local braised dishes, and the cold-mixed pig's trotters and braised chicken feet are highly recommended! The decor is simple yet cozy, making it feel like dining at a neighbor's house. Tips: Both restaurants have their own unique characteristics, so I highly recommend trying them! The braised dishes can be taken away as snacks, perfect for taking to Xiaoqikong. The Banji branch is especially busy in the afternoon, so it's recommended to visit during off-peak hours. #LiboFood #GuizhouSnacks #LocalRecommendations #BraisedFoodCheck-In #TravelFood
Today's Recommendation: Libo Ancient Town (3A) Today, we recommend Libo Ancient Town, a National 3A-level tourist attraction and one of the third batch of national-level tourist and leisure districts. Here's a brief introduction: - Basic Information: Located on Caiyuan Road, Nanmenba, Jianshe Village, Libo County, Qiannan Buyi and Miao Autonomous Prefecture, Guizhou Province, it covers 1,099 mu (approximately 1,000,000 square meters) and has a building area of approximately 1 million square meters. Admission is free and open 24/7. - History and Culture: Reconstructed on the site of the original Libo Stone City, Libo Ancient Town continues to recreate the history and culture of the Libo Stone City during the Qianlong reign of the Qing Dynasty. Its architectural style reflects the Hui style of the Ming and Qing dynasties, featuring small bridges and flowing water typical of Jiangnan water towns. It also incorporates ethnic customs from the Buyi, Shui, Miao, and Yao peoples. - Food Recommendations: The ancient town's food court offers a variety of dishes, including grilled fish with tofu pudding, local cuisine restaurants, private dishes, and beef restaurants, satisfying every palate. #LiboAncientTown #WhereToGoForNationalDay #GuizhouTravel #LiboTravel
