Wei Xiao Boiled Chicken Bobo Chicken

This shop is quite thoughtful. They put a TV at the door to play their TV programs and advertisements in rotation. It really feels a bit like a Taiwanese night market shop. It is also a very busy shop.

I went to Leshan Giant Buddha and saw many people recommending this restaurant online. I came here because it sounded good. I ordered boiled chicken and other side dishes. As soon as the boiled chicken was served, my mouth started watering. I couldn't help but try a piece first. The chicken was very firm, not like the chicken bought in the market, or the boss had a special processing technology. In short, it tasted great, and the tribute vegetables inside tasted very crispy. I recommend everyone to try this dish. The boss is also very nice and generous.

The authentic Leshan cuisine is really good. The storefront is large and the environment is on the second floor.

I navigated to eat Qiaojiao Beef at noon. There were long queues in front of both stores, so I automatically chose the Bobo Chicken recommended online. The sesame was fragrant and the taste was dry and spicy. Emei Snow is a lychee-flavored drink.

After eating, I remembered that I didn't take pictures. I tried the recommended boiled water chicken and Xiba tofu. The boiled water chicken is delicious. Xiba tofu is a white dish, suitable for children who don't eat chili. In addition, the dry pot is still okay (the problem is that it gets saltier the more you eat!) We, four adults and two children, ordered boiled water chicken and Xiba tofu dry pot stir-fry. By the way, we bought half a sweet skin duck (the duck tastes generally not recommended) next to the boiled water chicken, and finished it all!
