9 Things You Must Do in Leshan... (Food Only) 1⃣ Sifang Dried Tofu Dried tofu with crispy shredded radish, 4r per bunch. Drizzle with chili oil, sprinkle with soul-enhancing chopped peanuts, sesame seeds, and sugar, and dunk in sweet and sour sauce. Fragrant, crispy, and refreshingly sweet and sour. Delicious! 2⃣ Emei Guoba Steamed Buns This little street vendor in Leshan has been open for over 20 years. Fresh from the oven, they're absolutely delicious! Hot! Just a hint of sweetness! With a hint of fermented rice wine! The rice crust is crispy and fragrant! A giant one for 2r. 3⃣ Mao Si Niang Ka Bing Yuanyang Ka Bing is simply divine! The handmade crust is soft and creamy, filled with tender beef and glutinous pork intestines! And then there's the soul-enhancing shredded radish drizzled with red oil! Sour and sweet, so satisfying! 9r per bun, instantly filling. Delicious! 4⃣ Jiujiu Tofu Pudding I highly recommend the beef tofu pudding! The tofu pudding is so smooth and tender, and paired with the beef steamer, it's so cozy. It even comes with vermicelli noodles. The portion is generous and delicious! It's great with a crispy pancake for breakfast! 5⃣ Jiumei Chicken Feet There's always a long line every time I go. I recommend the garlic chicken feet and baby potatoes. They're absolutely amazing. The chicken feet are so flavorful, I can't stop eating them. The new passion fruit flavor 🏼 is also delicious. 6⃣ Feng Siniang's Cross-legged Beef The Cross-legged Beef Hot Pot is absolutely delicious 😋 The beef and offal are incredibly tender, and paired with the dried chili dip, it's absolutely amazing... The soup is also incredibly fresh. A bowl is a must! 🥣 They also have the blood sausage, stir-fried crispy sausage, and brown sugar pancakes! 7⃣ Dengjie Qiaotou Fried Food A local favorite fried food shop. Recommended: the beef, spare ribs, and pork belly... crispy on the outside and tender on the inside! So flavorful and delicious! It's delicious with a chili dip. A bottle of 63 soda is just too cozy... 8⃣ Guzhenji's time-honored Bobo Chicken All freshly skewered that day! It has two flavors: red oil and Sichuan peppercorns. Just soak the vegetables in the sauce and the flavors are absorbed. The red oil is especially fragrant... The chicken, chicken tips, and cauliflower are all delicious!! 9⃣ Xu Po Po's Mian Mian The shaved ice with mango and sago is incredibly delicious. It even comes with mini meatballs and red bean paste. It's smooth and creamy, with just the right amount of sweetness, and the price is very reasonable!
