After seeing the Zhongshan Iron Bridge, I walked towards Xiguan Shizi and passed by this store. I heard from the locals that the food here is also good. Although I was not very hungry, I decided to go in and have a bowl to try~ It is a big store. Because it was already afternoon, there were not many people eating noodles. Locals rarely eat noodles after noon. Looking at the price, a bowl of noodles is 50 cents cheaper than Ma Zilu. I ordered a bowl of pickled cabbage noodles. While waiting for the noodles, I could see the noodle chef making a bowl of noodles in minutes. After just a few rounds, my three-thin noodles were ready to be put into the pot. The noodle chef used long chopsticks to stir the noodles in the pot for a few times and put them into the noodle bowl, pour the soup, grab a few slices of radish, sprinkle a handful of coriander, and finally add a spoonful of chili oil, and my noodles are ready~ Because I had eaten Ma Zilu and Wu Mule before, I just had a comparison. The noodles here are better than Ma Zilu overall, but not as good as Wu Mule. Wu Mule is too far away. If I lived in the local area, I would often come to this store and go to Wu Mule again on weekends! The taste of this restaurant is already very good^_^ It also has many branches. If you go to Lanzhou, I recommend you try it. It tastes better than Ma Zilu, which was on the tip of the tongue~

A friend who had been to Lanzhou before recommended Ma You Bu La Mian (ramen in Chinese) as delicious. So I came to try it during lunch time. It is just across the road from Zhongshan Bridge, easy to find. The noodles are chewy and thin. The standard Lanzhou ramen is topped with a few slices of radish. I usually add onions to avoid spicy food. The beef is soft and fragrant. I feel that the soup base is different from other restaurants, with a little more ginger flavor. It is delicious. However, the Qinghai yogurt is really sour, but I ate it all.

This is the oldest beef noodle restaurant in Xiguan Cross. Although it is not the most famous, the soup and noodles are quite unique.
