新疆旅游住在奎屯，酒店老板娘推荐的，说这是她吃过最好吃的炒饭，于是开车就来了，果然美女没骗人，真的好吃，适合我的湖南胃！炒饭里的胡萝卜甜甜的，在内地根本吃不到这么甜的胡萝卜，饭粒粒粒分明，大人小孩都爱吃！

I was staying in Kuitun during a trip to Xinjiang. The hotel owner recommended this place, saying it was the best fried rice she&#39;d ever had, so I drove here. And sure enough, beauty doesn&#39;t lie; it&#39;s truly delicious and perfect for my Hunanese palate! The carrots in the fried rice are incredibly sweet, something you can&#39;t find in mainland China. The rice grains are distinct and perfectly formed, and both adults and children love it!

This Xinjiang cuisine experience was a godsend! As soon as I entered the store, the waiter greeted me with a smile and the service was meticulous, which instantly impressed me. Every dish I ordered was so delicious that I stomped my feet. The tender hand-pulled lamb was soft and boneless without any smell of mutton; the big plate chicken was spicy and satisfying, the potatoes were soft, and the belt noodles were chewy and tasty. I&#39;m obsessed with this store!
