This Xinjiang cuisine experience was a godsend! As soon as I entered the store, the waiter greeted me with a smile and the service was meticulous, which instantly impressed me. Every dish I ordered was so delicious that I stomped my feet. The tender hand-pulled lamb was soft and boneless without any smell of mutton; the big plate chicken was spicy and satisfying, the potatoes were soft, and the belt noodles were chewy and tasty. I&#39;m obsessed with this store!

I heard from a friend that the food here is pretty good, so I decided to give it a try. I came here with a friendly attitude. I think their signature dish is delicious. The chicken soup is quite rich, and it tastes great with white noodles. The waiters are very enthusiastic and the atmosphere is very good. It is really worth the trip.

I only knew about Xinjiang baked buns before, but this is the first time I heard of this hahaha 😁 It feels that the ingredients and taste are no different. The size is not big but the ingredients are very solid and the taste is very good. I want to eat it after eating one 😋 It&rsquo;s just a little salty.

The location is in Hetian 2nd Street, Urumqi. This is also a popular online store. We ordered hand-pulled rice, thin-skinned buns, and naan pit barbecue.

After buying it, ask the boss to cut it into several pieces like pizza. Then, in the afternoon when you are bored, or as a spare dry food for playing, eat a piece and chew it slowly. My God, naan can be eaten with endless aftertaste😂

There is no doubt that the taste is good, but it is still a little bit away from our expectations😝

The restaurant we recommend is in Tekes Bagua City. His pepper and sesame chicken is really good. Very good, I recommend passing by to taste it. I didn&rsquo;t know that pepper and sesame chicken was hot until I came to Xinjiang. Didn&rsquo;t I eat cold dishes before?
