I heard from a friend that the food here is pretty good, so I decided to give it a try. I came here with a friendly attitude. I think their signature dish is delicious. This Xinjiang cuisine experience was a godsend! As soon as I entered the store, the waiter greeted me with a smile and the service was meticulous, which instantly impressed me. Every dish I ordered was so delicious that I stomped my feet. The tender hand-pulled lamb was soft and boneless without any smell of mutton; the big plate chicken was spicy and satisfying, the potatoes were soft, and the belt noodles were chewy and tasty.
