A very good stay. There are very few official accommodations for sports events. The stay was quite cozy. The scenery outside the window was very pleasant. I will stay in this hotel again next time I go to Kunshan. The buffet is also very good. Parking is convenient and fast.

There was a little problem when checking in, but it was solved quickly. I was also upgraded to an executive suite for free. I was very happy. The whole service was very good. It is a good choice to bring children to stay

This is my second time staying at Jinling Hotel Kunshan. The overall environment, guest rooms, floors and facilities are all very good. I am also very satisfied with the buffet dinner. As a result, the waiter was very enthusiastic and handed over tissues. Very careful and thoughtful, thumbs up! The dinner dishes are also very rich, with many Sichuan dishes and crabs. I have stayed at Jinling Hotel many times. It is one of the few hotels under Jinling with good service and good hygiene. Located on Qianjin Road, the hotel has gardens in front and back. Whether parking, eating, or room service, there is always a smile and warm greeting. The room is on the 22nd floor, a non-smoking floor. It is basically a family trip, two adults and one child. The bedding is all down quilts and down pillows, dry and soft. The cleaning details of the bathroom are also done very well. There is even a sound system, and the space feels particularly large.

The hardware facilities are complete, the buffet is quite rich, but the front desk service is not good. When I checked in, the air conditioner in my friend's room made a strange noise in the middle of the night, it was very loud and dripping. I called the front desk and the person who came to check it out didn't have any repairs or other solutions. They even asked us to turn off the air conditioner. It's summer vacation now. I could only make do with sleeping that night.
