The hotel management is chaotic. When we arrived at 11:30, they said there were no rooms, so we went out to play first. As a result, when we went back at 4:30, they still said there were no rooms. I told the hotel staff and they apologized. When I came back from swimming at night to take a shower, I found that there was no shampoo and shower gel. I put a conditioner, but it was already washed. I had no choice but to use the children's first. I told them when I checked out, and they just apologized. I booked 4 big bed rooms. When I checked in, there were no high-level ones, so I was given a room on the 6th floor. The others were all above the 10th floor. They also said that the rooms were the same. As a result, I was very disappointed. The TV in the room was half the size, the bed was hard and bouncy, and there was not even a bathtub. This is the worst hotel I have lived in so far. In addition to verbal apologies, they can't do anything else. I feel very disappointed. Dinner is a buffet. The seafood is not fresh and tastes bad. I am disappointed again! But the service of the chef in the restaurant is very good. The chef should still be praised. Others are not recommended.
