Nanhua Wild Mushroom Hotpot with 8 Wild Mushrooms (Nanping Street Branch) 🍲 The mushroom hotpot was incredibly fresh, and the set meal for two was incredibly satisfying! The hygiene is just average, so if you're a fussy eater, be careful. 2. Congshuilu Pu'er Ecological Restaurant (Nanqiang Branch) 🌶️ It's a must-try! The sour and spicy flavors are incredible. It was packed until almost 9pm, and my mom and I devoured all four dishes we ordered. It was so delicious! 📍Dali: 3. Hanji Weishan Restaurant 🐔 A neighborhood restaurant recommended by a taxi driver. The ingredients are so fresh! The signature chicken feet are flavorful, the watery yanghua broth is refreshing, and the chickpea noodles are authentic. 4. Yangji Rushan in Dali Ancient Town 🍯 A century-old establishment! Grilled prawns dipped in rose sauce offer a blend of milky and floral aromas; the glutinous rice cakes with fermented bean curd and shredded potatoes are incredibly delicious and sticky, a bit like Hunan glutinous rice cakes. The texture is wonderful, and while my mom doesn't like them, I absolutely love them, haha~ 📍Lijiang: 5. Old Lijiang Restaurant (Lijiang Huadu Commercial City Branch) 🍚 A place packed with locals! The black chopped pork and chickpea flour are must-trys, but the mint spareribs are a bit disappointing (there's no mint flavor in the spareribs). Those with a strong palate, beware! 6. Zha Zha Rice Noodles (Lijiang Eye Observation Deck Branch) 🌃 Enjoy rice noodles while gazing at the night view of Lijiang Old Town. The view is incredible! You can add your own toppings to the rice noodles, and the milk white wine is highly recommended. It was a very enjoyable meal with my mom~ 📍Xishuangbanna: 7. Xiaoyu Dai-style BBQ 🔥 Highly recommended! Go at 5pm and grab the first table. The BBQ is super fresh. The view is great on the second floor across the street. Pair it with the iced coconut from downstairs, and don't miss the pounded chicken feet and cold rice noodles. 8. Mamalao Laos BBQ Sticky Rice 🍚 The prices are amazing! My mom and I added extra sides and it came to under NT$150. The sticky rice comes with a variety of side dishes, and we went across the street to get a bag of iced Laos coffee to help with the spiciness. It's incredible. 9. Naga · Traditional Thai Massage (Bora Branch) 💆 Get a massage when you're tired of shopping! The Dai-Thai atmosphere is so rich, and the 1.5-hour herbal ball massage was so relaxing. My mom and I were both so relaxed.

This restaurant is located on Nanqiang Street. I recommend going in through the front door because it's really busy during meal times and there's a wait for a table. I didn't want to go hungry, so I rushed there early. I arrived and realized there were already a lot of people there before me. They seem to have divided the dining area into several areas, so you can order directly by scanning a QR code, which is very convenient. Pu'er Stir-fried Chicken This is a very popular dish in the restaurant. The chicken is quite small and boneless, so be careful when eating it. It's just a mess of tossing and stirring with a bunch of other ingredients, but it's really delicious, and the chicken is much more tender than I expected. It's really good. Crispy Fried Pu'er Tea Spare Ribs The ribs are really fragrant and firm. They say they use the best spareribs, and the flavor is quite good. Stir-fried Water Fern with Tomatoes This is a very popular dish in the restaurant. I was wondering how delicious water fern could be. If I hadn't wanted a vegetarian dish, I really wouldn't have ordered it. The result was a revelation. It was absolutely delicious! I haven't had such a tangy tomato flavor in a while. The water fern also had a captivating, delicate fragrance. I was the first to finish this dish, and I ordered it with my eyes closed. Wild Flower Ice Porridge I also loved it. The large portion was generous. The waiter brought a bowl of porridge before ordering. It was cool and sweet, and it was really delicious. Egg and Pickled Vegetable Fried Rice It had a nice, zesty wok flavor and was truly delicious. A perfect main course. This was probably the most memorable meal of the trip. It felt so down-to-earth and delicious. I'll always miss Kunming because of this.

For 𝟔𝟎+ per person, you're in for a treat! 💡Guaranteed lines at lunchtime! We recommend ordering right away. The Pu'er cuisine offers a choice of spiciness. 🌟Sifang Xiaochao·Yunnan Cuisine Xiaodangjia (Jiang'an Branch) 📍Near the intersection of Meijiang Road and Yingjiang Road, Wuhua District, 𝟔𝟎 meters 🍄A must-try during porcini season! Stir-fry dishes are made to order and are incredibly flavorful. Recommended dishes are the sour bamboo shoot chicken and the braised tripe. Each person eats about 𝟓𝟎, which is incredibly satisfying. 🚗A small shop hidden in a residential area. May be sold out after 8 PM. 💥Ga La Canteen·Freshly Stir-fried Yunnan Cuisine (Nanping Street Branch) 📍No. 𝟏𝟗, Erxiang (next to the Sports Lottery Store) 🥢The egg yolk tofu is so tender and luminous! The lemongrass shrimp has a Southeast Asian flair, and the honey chili chicken is sweet and spicy—you can taste all the Yunnan specialties for 𝟕𝟎 per person. ⚠️There are private rooms on the second floor, but they're narrow. For groups of four or more, avoid peak hours. 🌿Wase Caixiangyuan 📍𝟐𝟏𝟒 National Highway West, 𝟓𝟎 meters 🐟Steamed fish is so delicious it's jaw-dropping! The thin bean flour with fried dough sticks is divine, and the chicken feet tendons are incredibly chewy.
