I saw this pilaf restaurant on a list. It was right next to the ancient city, so I came here. Maybe it was a little early, so there were not many people in the restaurant. The pilaf with lamb was delicious, fragrant and tasty. I finished it in a short while.

Kashgar pilaf was a complete disaster. Alizati pilaf: A complete disappointment! Claiming to be the #1 internet-famous pilaf restaurant in Kashgar and even Xinjiang! What kind of pilaf? Forget the dopamine rush! It's tasteless! Once a restaurant becomes an internet-famous restaurant, it's doomed. Because everything is so streamlined, there's no way to guarantee quality. The biggest culinary taboo: absolutely avoid internet-famous restaurants! Alcha pilaf: Better than Alizati! This pilaf is recommended by locals. Locals dismiss Alizati! But Alcha isn't nearly as good... only relatively speaking. It's definitely the best by far! Three Thousand Miles Poplar Pilaf and Small Pot Pilaf were equally mediocre, with a hint of corn. Jinmi Specialty Pilaf; supposedly a local delicacy! Mostly locals, but I think there were four or five from outside. The pilaf was average and a bit sour, thanks to the broth from the side dishes. The lamb chops were slightly better, but not as good as Alcha! 25 yuan. Lamb leg 45 yuan. I've already rejected this place! I'll eat half the rice and save some for the next one. Dawayihezha Pilaf Restaurant, 25 yuan. Includes yogurt. It made me question life, but I still rejected it. It doesn't seem as good as Jinmilan and Alcha. I left most of it and didn't eat it! Yawagge Ancient Pilaf Restaurant, includes rose black tea. This is my third plate of pilaf at noon, but honestly, I'm not sure. This place is in the heart of downtown. Most of the people eating there are tourists passing through. How good can it be? I rejected it. I left half the rice and finished the meat! I originally wanted to go to the Qiaotou Pilaf Restaurant in Shufu County, but I got on the wrong bus. So I ended up having the original pilaf for 24 yuan! It comes with a side dish and yogurt. The rice was hard. I rejected it. It wasn't very good. It's next to Tianyuan International, where I used to live. I just left it and took the bus to the main Qiaotou Pilaf restaurant in Shufu County! After a long bus ride, I finally arrived at Qiaotou Zhuafan, located in a rural wholesale market in a county town! The owner had made a killing; the decor was luxurious... I said I didn't want meat! The lady boss wanted more and charged me 40 yuan. One bite and I was completely disappointed... I think this place is the worst! Kashgar Zhuafan, a complete loss! Comparatively speaking: Alcha is better; Jinmi is second best!

The trip to southern Xinjiang was a complete one. I stayed in Kashgar for three days and stayed at the Qiniwa International Hotel. The hotel is within walking distance of the ancient city. Overall, it is pretty good. Then I tried everything I wanted to eat. 📍Dawayihe Pilaf Restaurant: I was originally going to Ailizati, but because this restaurant is closer to the ancient city and the hotel, I went to eat here. The pilaf is very good, I recommend [ThumbsUp] In addition to pilaf, the restaurant also has many other stir-fried dishes, 🥬! 📍Aini Pure Lamb Barbecue Restaurant: The menu is relatively simple, but the taste is very good. The roasted pigeon is great, with crispy and juicy skin [ThumbsUp] The barbecue and jar meat are also delicious. The only drawback is that the dishes are served slowly when there are many people. This is the only restaurant I visited twice in Kashgar 📍Zahra Cake Shop: A more traditional cake shop. I can't get anything other than desserts. The yogurt cake is OK 📍Grandpa's Father's Naan: I saw a lot of people queuing up and thought it was a scam. Later, I bought it when there was no one. I thought it was very good👍 The naan is baked more crispy and has stuffing. It is indeed better than other restaurants 📍Nuolan Restaurant: I went there for the environment. The environment is really good. The overall feeling of the dishes is average. I went there to eat more diverse things, but I didn't leave much impression 📍Shache Muqam Hometown Restaurant: The roasted pigeons are not as delicious as those at Aini's. The meat is roasted dry and has a strong charcoal smell. The dishes are served slowly. I don't recommend it. 📍 Shache Night Market I ate a lot of weird food, such as belly meat and ostrich eggs, etc. Generally speaking, they don't suit my taste. I just ate them for fun. Others: I ordered spicy noodles and Ding Ding fried noodles, which were surprisingly delicious! And it has to be carbs!!
