We asked for crispy meat, mushrooms and ribs, and a few side dishes, accompanied by pancakes with dipping sauce, and almost walked out with the wall. A serving of pancakes with dipping sauce is 8 yuan, and a separate pancake is 3 yuan. After eating, go to the scenic spot the next day and take a pancake + sauce. It is many times better than eating instant noodles in the scenic spot. Later, I searched and found that the classics are: beef nourishing pot, mutton nourishing pot, black chicken beauty pot. The innovative ones are wild mushroom pot and tofu Xishi pot, which combine local mountain delicacies and soy products to show regional characteristics. However, to be on the safe side, we ordered the three common ones, which was really a bit regrettable. Fortunately, Jiyuan is not far from Zhengzhou. I asked the boss and he said that there is also a branch in Erqi, Zhengzhou, but it is definitely not as authentic as the local one, so I have to come again next time.
