This should be the number one hotel in Jixi. The hotel has high-end design, and the management and service are very standardized. It was my first time to travel to Anhui after the epidemic. I passed through Jixi and had dinner here. I ordered river shrimp with spicy peppers, Jixi vermicelli, hairy tofu, and flat pancakes. They all tasted very good. It should be a modified version of Anhui cuisine. I recommend it.

The taste is average! It&#39;s just OK! The portion is big and it&#39;s affordable! But what I don&#39;t understand is, it&#39;s obviously a local restaurant, why is it named like this? And why is it like a bar, dark and dark! The stinky mandarin fish of Anhui cuisine has been assimilated into Hunan cuisine. The stinky mandarin fish here is fried and then cooked. I&#39;m speechless!

Passing through Jixi, I wanted to take a walk through the mountains and relax. It was lunchtime, so I randomly found a small restaurant. From the moment I ordered, the restaurant became increasingly busy, and the customers were all locals. Mao Tofu: The owner&#39;s cooking surpasses the chefs on the first floor of Old Street. This dish was sold out instantly, and they even ordered a portion to go! Mao Tofu lovers, don&#39;t miss it!

Stinky Mandarin Fish: They marinate the fish themselves, and the flavor is excellent. However, due to the high demand, the owner didn&#39;t bother to simmer it over low heat, so the broth wasn&#39;t rich enough. A little longer would have been much better.

Stir-fried Shredded Pork with Green Peppers and Dried Bamboo Shoots: This is a home-cooked dish that goes really well with rice, and it has a local flavor. The fragrant dried bamboo shoots blend with the shredded pork is absolutely delicious!
