I went to Haokelai with my friends for dinner and ordered sirloin steak. Because sirloin steak is thick and tender, I think medium rare is a balance point, keeping it in the best state of raw and cooked. However, the steak provided by the store is not good-looking. 和朋友来豪客来吃饭，点了沙朗牛排，因为沙朗牛排肉质比较厚，还十分鲜嫩，个人觉得七分熟是一个平衡点，保持生熟最佳状态。不过店家提供的牛排品相确实不好看。味道而言还好，牛排软嫩适宜，加上黑胡椒调料才有满意的口感。        对服务不是很满意的是，进店也没人接待，得自己坐到餐位手机点餐后才有人过来。

还不错，老牌子了，这么多年味道一直都在线。值得偶尔一吃。
