很好吃，第一次吃这个寿喜锅，普通的清汤锅底，海带煮的汤底很鲜，无菌蛋蘸料吃着和想象的味道不一样，一点也不腥滑滑嫩嫩的，非常推荐

This restaurant has been famous for more than 20 years. It used to be a high-end hotel in Jinan in the 1980s and 1990s. It is still very famous among the hotels with Shandong cuisine as the theme, and the taste is still good now.

The last lunch of the trip to Jinan, I originally wanted to eat at a specialty restaurant around Daming Lake, but it was really crowded, and I had to take a train in the afternoon, so it was not worth waiting. There is also a restaurant on the second floor, and one of the older sisters was very enthusiastic to guide the guests to their restaurant. I saw that although there were many people in the restaurant, it was not full yet, and I thought that the dishes would be served quickly. I ordered the dishes early, but the seats were full later. The dishes of the tables that had been turned over were served, but the dishes of our table were not yet served. Alas! The management is chaotic. I went to urge them several times and they said yes, but they just didn&#39;t come! Finally, they all came together. I won&#39;t comment on the taste. There are some problems with this management and operation model, and it is difficult to retain repeat customers.
