His main products are various flavors of Youxuan, as well as small oil cakes and egg-filled cakes. Drinks include sweet foam and millet porridge. I ordered a bowl of millet porridge, an original Youxuan, and a rose Youxuan. The millet porridge was served freshly, warm, and the taste was quite satisfactory. The original Youxuan is salty and needs to be paired with porridge. The rose Youxuan is freshly made, and it should be added with rose sauce, which is sweet and feels more suitable for children.

Jinan's Youxuan doesn't seem to be a common breakfast, but it's promoted a lot. For ordinary people, breakfast is usually fried dough sticks, hand-grabbed pancakes, pancakes, roujiamo, etc. "Youxuan" is a nice name that makes people curious, plus Master Ji's inscription, it's full of historical and cultural sense. In fact, the thing is just scallion pancakes, and the scallion pancakes taste normal. Don't have too much hope, the greater the hope, the greater the disappointment😅

It is a famous food in Jinan. But it does not represent the characteristics of Jinan. There is no unified standard. Almost every small residential area and commercial area has a time-honored oil-fried dumpling. The taste is not uniform. The Puli Street straw buns in Jinan are the characteristics.

This food is delicious and must be eaten while hot. In provinces that eat noodles, such as Hebei and Henan, this food is not found, but it is found in Shanxi and Inner Mongolia. It is unclear where it came from.

The taste is very good. It is not far from the hotel where I live. There is only original flavor in the morning, but it is delicious.
