This Luweizhai on Jingsan Road is just outside the north gate of Zhongshan Park. It has been at this location for many years. The sauces they sell are very delicious and the prices are a bit higher than those in other stores.

这个经三路上的鲁味斋就在中山公园的北门外，在这个位置很多年了，酱货的味道很好，价格也比一般店要贵一些。

在济南有很多家连锁店，卤味做的还是非常好的，济南市民在这家店买肉食的人还是很多的，经三路店开了好多年了，是一家非常不错的。

It is located on the east side of the north gate of Zhongshan Park, next to the Imperial Palace Photo Studio. There is a cute tiger head at the door. The interior environment is beautiful, with a strong petty bourgeoisie atmosphere. The dishes are well made and beautifully presented. The waiter is enthusiastic and the guy is very handsome.

A trip to Jinan to taste authentic food - Jingsan Road Bianyifang
This is the second time I have come here to eat in just a few days during this trip to Jinan. When I passed by in the evening of May 6, I saw a notice posted at the door saying that the restaurant was closed for the day. The employees of Yun were too tired from overtime work on May 1st and the restaurant was closed for a day. It seems that the boss is a smart man and made money from the large number of customers. On the 6th, he just came out of the short holiday and there were not many local or foreign diners. It was a smart move to take a day off.
When I walked into the store, there were not many customers. There were only three or four tables of customers sitting on the first floor. One person ordered a plate of leek and three fresh pot stickers, cold hand-shredded chicken and iron plate catfish. I found a table by the window on the first floor and sat down. Soon the hand-shredded chicken came up. The shredded chicken was accompanied by cabbage heart and the mustard flavor was quite strong, which was just right for drinking. Then the pot stickers came up, with crispy skin and fragrant fillings. I first drank it with vinegar and chili oil as a base, and then filled a glass of 53-degree Dongjiu that I brought with me. The wine was fragrant with the dishes, and the dishes complemented the wine. While eating and drinking, the iron plate catfish came, and I was immediately shocked. It was a full plate. The catfish pieces were fried with hot peppers and onion slices. It tasted great, but the quantity was too large. It was definitely enough for three people. In the end, I drank two glasses, and basically finished the hand-shredded chicken and pot stickers. I only ate a quarter of the fish. I decided to take it back and ask the hotel to make some noodles for breakfast the next day. Wonderful!

However, this kind of small table and stool is rare except for roadside stalls. The fat clams are tender and fresh, and they are handled very cleanly without sand. The heat is just right. The fried bullfrog is spicy enough and it is very satisfying to eat. The service is average. It takes a long time to order. Maybe there is no shortage of diners. It&#39;s good as long as it tastes good.
