Driving from Hangzhou to Wuzhen, a local friend drove us. We stopped by Jiaxing for a break and were arranged to have dinner at Baiwei Caotang. Judging from the photos, it should be the Xiuzhou branch, but unfortunately I couldn&#39;t find this branch in the reviews, so I had to borrow it! It was a complete Jiangnan flavor. To be honest, it was really good and satisfying. Many of the ingredients were not available in our northern region, or the cooking methods were completely different. The breakfast shop I chose when I went to Jiaxing was just behind the hotel, so it was convenient to walk there.
